Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Voyd website (voyd.media) and our creative marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Voyd provides creative marketing services including, but not limited to: video editing, social media management, brand strategy, content creation, digital marketing, and web design. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement will be outlined in a custom proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals as outlined in the project timeline
  • Ensure all materials provided (logos, images, text, brand assets) are owned by the client or properly licensed
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule

4. Intellectual Property

Client Materials: You retain all rights to materials you provide to us (logos, images, brand assets, etc.).

Voyd Deliverables: Upon full payment, all custom deliverables created for your project are transferred to you. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Voyd Tools & Templates: Any proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, or methodologies developed by Voyd remain our intellectual property and may be reused across client engagements.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Standard terms include:

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and before delivery of final files
  • Monthly retainer services are billed in advance
  • Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance

6. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions or changes in scope beyond the original agreement will be quoted and billed separately. Significant scope changes may require a revised proposal and timeline.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, unpublished materials, financial information, and trade secrets. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Voyd's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination:

  • The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
  • Voyd will deliver all completed work and materials
  • The non-refundable deposit is not subject to refund

10. Website Use

The content on voyd.media (text, images, design, code) is owned by Voyd and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
